Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or accessing High Tec Academy programs, website, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before proceeding with enrollment or using our services.
Enrollment & Admission
- ✓ Students must meet eligibility requirements for their grade level
- ✓ All required documentation must be submitted on time
- ✓ Enrollment is subject to available space and program capacity
- ✓ False or misleading information may result in enrollment cancellation
Student Conduct

- • Respect for staff, faculty, and fellow students is mandatory

Academic Requirements
Students are expected to complete all coursework, participate actively in both online and campus learning activities, and maintain satisfactory academic progress as defined by High Tec Academy policies.
Attendance requirements apply to both virtual and in-person sessions. Excessive absences may affect academic standing and enrollment status.
Technology Use
Students and families are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and appropriate devices for online learning. High Tec Academy provides access to approved educational platforms and resources.
Misuse of technology or online platforms may result in restricted access.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- ✓ Support student learning and ensure a suitable study environment
- ✓ Communicate regularly with instructors and staff
- ✓ Ensure student attendance and participation
- ✓ Review and acknowledge school policies and updates
Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum, and educational content provided by High Tec Academy are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share proprietary materials without explicit written permission from the Academy.
Limitation of Liability
High Tec Academy strives to provide high-quality education but is not liable for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect access to online learning platforms.
Changes to Terms
High Tec Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Families will be notified of significant changes. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
